Let us introduce how to fry Gyoza with extra crispy layer around it!


This is the most popular way to serve Gyoza in Japan.

《What to Prepare》

● Daichu Vegan Gyoza
  
● Vegetable oil

● The liquid mixture of flour(4g) and water(50cc)
  

《Directions》

・Heat  2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.

・Place gyoza in a single layer straight from the freezer.

・When the bottom sides of the gyoza turns brown, add 1/2 cup of water. Put the lid on the pan and steam-cook it about 4 minutes.

・Add the liquid mixture of flour and water and continue to cook without the lid.

・When  the water is almost completely gone and the skin is transparent, add a small amount  of sesame oil and cook about 2 more minutes.


Enjoy it with extra crispy texture!!
